After living in Spain for 20 years we reluctantly decided to sell our villa and move back to the UK . Cumbre Villas handled our sale.,
First of all Marla who is extremely approachable and professional and lately Serena , Louisa and the whole team who are first class .. They made the whole process really easy for us as moving house can be very stressful.
They are ultra responsive to emails and phone calls are always answered immediately, they guided us through all the technicalities with ease and explained everything to us as the sale progressed in detail .
Serena and Louise accompanied us to the notary and translated everything we didn't understand .
After the sale they handled the name changeover of all the utility bills which in Spain we would imagine isn't easy and I think we would have found this difficult to do without them.

It has been an extraordinary, positive experience to purchase a house through Cumbre Villas. Pieter and Serena have provided a service & help in the process, which I have never experienced before. First of all, Pieter facilitated the sale in a good and constructive way, when buyer and seller had disagreements. Then Serena and her team handled the process of getting the property approved over 3-4 months despite a lot of challenges.
And then, when moving in, we experienced outstanding help in getting all practical issues sorted out; including internet, tax, notary issues, getting cleaning and gartner assistance in place.
Cumbre Villas perform beyond our wildest wishes and has meant, that buying a property in Spain has been a very pleasant (although challenging) process.. I can strongly recommend selling or buying a property through them.
